    Chris Georgas brings over 40 years of experience in the development and construction industry, with a focus on pre-construction, design management, and project execution. His expertise spans Commercial, Retail, Residential, and Hotel sectors, where he consistently adds value across master planning, design development, and construction documentation.

    Chris is deeply passionate about early design involvement, ensuring that projects are not only well-planned but also buildable, cost-effective, and delivered with certainty. His leadership brings clarity and confidence to every stage of the development process.

    Director, Navigate New Business

    Damon Jones is a strategic advisor and bid management specialist with over 20 years in the construction industry. He began his career in cost planning with Rider Hunt (RLB) before moving into new business and tender strategy for Tier 1 and 2 builders.

    Through his consultancy, Navigate New Business, Damon partners with Schedio to provide insight across project planning, risk mitigation, and bid positioning. Known for his attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure, he helps clients identify the strategies that set their projects apart.

    Kieran Wallis

    Programming Lead

    Kieran Wallis is a highly experienced construction professional with a strong background in programming and logistics. He has contributed to some of Sydney’s most complex projects, including the 67-storey Greenland Tower and The Ribbon (W Hotel) in Darling Harbour.

    As Programming Lead at Schedio, Kieran is responsible for developing construction programs, management plans, site logistics strategies, and staging advice. His detailed and practical approach ensures projects are planned with precision from the ground up.
